Description
Bring the superb flavours of Thai green curry to succulent chargrilled chicken kebabs. Try this easy recipe for a flavour-filled, no-fuss dinner.
Method
Step 1 of 4
Place chicken, paste and oil in a large bowl and stir to coat. Thread chicken onto 8 large metal skewers. Heat a large chargrill pan over high heat. Cook chicken skewers, turning, for 12 minutes or until browned and cooked through.

Meanwhile, heat rice according to packet instructions.
Step 3 of 4
Make salad according to packet instructions.
Step 4 of 4
Divide rice, salad and chicken skewers among serving plates. Serve scattered with coriander and chilli.
