  • 250grams whole beetroot, thickly sliced
  • 1/2 slices Dole pineapple, drained

No time to cook? Try these easy and fast chicken burgers. With sweet pineapple and beetroot, they’re packed with flavour.

Method

Step 1 of 4

Heat a large frying pan over medium-high heat and add the olive oil.

Step 2 of 4

Add the burger patties to pan and cook for 2 minutes each side, or until golden brown and cooked through. Remove and drain on paper towel.

Step 3 of 4

Meanwhile, toast the bread rolls, if desired, cut-side up, under a preheated grill until golden, about 1-2 minutes.

Step 4 of 4

Top bases with patties, beetroot and pineapple. Top with bun tops and serve.
