These crispy parmesan chicken tenders make a delicious entree, perfect with garlic dip.
Method
Step 1 of 2
Place the breadcrumbs, herbs and parmesan in a bowl and mix well. Place the egg in a bowl and the flour and seasoning in another.
Step 2 of 2
Dip the chicken strips in egg, then flour, then breadcrumbs. Spray each tender with oil and place in the air fryer in a single layer and cook for 8 minutes at 200°C. Flip and cook for 6-8 more minutes. Cook in batches as necessary. Season and serve.
