Description
Serve this with your favourite fillings, toppings or condiments such as butter, cheese, sour cream, gravy, baked beans, and even ground meat or corned beef.
Method
Step 1 of 3
Preheat the air fryer to 200°C.
Step 2 of 3
Brush the potatoes with olive oil and season with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and parsley. Arrange the potatoes in the air fryer basket. Cook until soft.
Step 3 of 3
Slice the potatoes in the middle lengthwise. Pinch both sides of the potato so that it will open up. Top each potato with butter.
