Description
These spiced wedges get extra crisp in record time thanks to cornflour in the coating.
Method
Step 1 of 2
Place the sweet potato wedges in a large bowl, add the oil, garlic powder, smoked paprika, cornflour and black pepper and toss well to coat.
Step 2 of 2
Heat the air fryer to 200°C and spread the wedges out in a single layer. Cook for 20 minutes, shaking halfway through. Repeat with the second batch and serve.
