Description
Air frying tortillas is an easy way to make a lighter chip, perfect for scooping up pico de gallo.
Method
Step 1 of 3
Stack the tortillas on top of each other and cut into quarters, then cut each quarter in half. Separate the chips and lightly brush each with oil and sprinkle with paprika.
Step 2 of 3
Heat the air fryer to 180°C and add tortillas to the basket in a single layer, working in batches. Cook for 4-5 minutes until golden and crisp, shaking halfway through. Repeat with the remaining tortillas.
Step 3 of 3
Mix the diced onion, tomatoes, coriander and lime juice in a medium bowl and serve with the tortilla chips.
