Description
Air frying these spiced carrots is much quicker than roasting and the end result is crispy and delicious.
Instruction tip
Serve these with a drizzle of honey on top for a little bit of sweetness.
Method
Step 1 of 2
Whisk the spice mix together in a small bowl. Add the oil to a large bowl and toss the carrots to coat. Sprinkle over the spices and mix well.
Step 2 of 2
Heat the air fryer to 180°C and cook the carrots for 10-12 minutes until crisp, turning halfway through.
