  • 2teaspoons rice wine vinegar

  • 400grams tofu, firm, chopped into cubes

Transform tofu into a crispy and spicy snack or salad topper with this easy air fryer recipe.

Method

Step 1 of 2

Pour the marinade ingredients into a large bowl and whisk to combine. Add the tofu cubes and toss well to coat. Cover and leave to marinate for 15 minutes, stirring halfway through.

Step 2 of 2

Heat the air fryer to 180°C and add the tofu cubes to the basket in a single layer. Cook for 15-17 minutes, shaking every 5 minutes.
