Description

This tropical air-fryer snack will blow your tastebuds away. Top mango cheeks with macadamia nuts and coconut flakes, and cook.

Method

Step 1 of 3

Preheat air fryer for 3 minutes at 180°C. Cut cheeks from mango and place on a chopping board, cut-side up.

Step 2 of 3

Top mango with macadamia nuts and coconut flakes. Place mango in air-fryer basket and cook for 4-5 minutes or until mango has softened and nuts and coconut are golden.

Step 3 of 3

Remove mango from air fryer. Serve dolloped with yoghurt and sprinkled with mint.
