- 1/3 cup plain flour
- 1/2teaspoons paprika
- 1 free range egg, lightly whisked
- 1 cup Woolworths panko breadcrumbs
- 450grams Woolworths green stuffed olives, drained
- 5milliliter extra virgin olive oil spray
- 1 cup Woolworths passata
- 20grams parmesan, finely grated
- 1/4 cup basil leaves, to serve

Description
For a quick and infinitely moreish snack, try these crumbed green olives with a fresh passata sauce and basil!
Method
Step 1 of 5
Combine flour and paprika in a medium bowl. Place egg and breadcrumbs in 2 separate medium bowls.
Step 2 of 5
Working in batches, toss olive in flour mixture to coat. Dip olives into egg, followed by the crumb, until completely covered.
Step 3 of 5
Preheat the air fryer for 5 minutes at 200°C. Place olives on air-fryer tray in a single layer. Spray with olive oil and fry for 8 minutes, shaking the tray slightly at halfway. Cook until olives are golden and crispy.

Meanwhile, bring the passata to a simmer in a small frypan over medium heat, until warmed and slightly reduced.
Step 5 of 5
Place crumbed olives on top of sauce. Sprinkle with parmesan and basil leaves to serve.
