- 250grams chestnut mushrooms, stem removed
- 50grams creme fraiche, reduced fat
- 80grams gorgonzola
- 1 lemon, zested
- 2 cloves garlic, peeled and minced
- 1 pinch black pepper (to taste)
Description
These quick and easy air fryer stuffed mushrooms are a perfect cheesy veggie based snack.
Method
Step 1 of 3
Mix the creme fraiche, blue cheese, lemon zest, garlic and black pepper together in a medium bowl.
Step 2 of 3
Spoon the cheese mix into the cavity of each mushroom.
Step 3 of 3
Heat the air fryer to 180°C and cook the mushrooms in a single layer (working in batches) for 7-8 minutes, or until golden and bubbling.
