- 2tablespoons olive oil
- 1 large lemon, juice and zest
- 2 cloves garlic, peeled and minced
- 1teaspoons oregano, dried
- 200grams kale
- 200grams tenderstem broccoli

Air frying tuna steak delivers delicious and juicy results every time.
Method
Step 1 of 4
Whisk the olive oil, lemon juice and zest and garlic together in a small bowl. Place the tuna steaks in a baking dish and brush each with the oil, reserving 1 teaspoon. Cover and leave to marinate for 30 minutes.
Step 2 of 4
Heat the air fryer to 180°C. Sprinkle the steaks with oregano and place in the air fryer basket. Cook for 8 minutes.
Step 3 of 4
Heat the remaining infused oil in a large pan on medium high heat and cook the broccoli for 3 minutes, stir in the kale and cook for 2 more minutes, until wilted, adding a dash of water if necessary.
Step 4 of 4
Serve the tuna steaks with the sauteed greens and lemon wedges on the side, if desired.
