Description
Quick and easy alternative to biscuits or chips.
Method
Step 1 of 4
Brush oil onto one side of a pita bread.
Step 2 of 4
Sprinkle a small amount of seasoning on top of the oil and rub it in. I use mixed herbs and chilli flakes.
Step 3 of 4
Cook the pita bread. I cook mine in a sandwich press as I find it easier. Could also be cooked in a fry pan (cook both sides). I have also cooked it in an air fryer before (cut it into pieces before cooking)
Step 4 of 4
Cut the pita bread into dipping chips.
