Description

Method
Step 1 of 2
Place the oil in a large bowl, add the brussels sprouts, garlic, lemon zest, black pepper and parmesan and toss to coat.
Step 2 of 2
Heat the air fryer to 180°C and cook the sprouts for 10-12 minutes until crisp, shaking well halfway through.
