Description
You won't believe how delicious these ranch flavoured vegan kale chips are, a perfect light and crispy snack option.
Method
Step 1 of 3
Place the kale in a bowl and drizzle over the oil. Massage the oil into the leaves with your hands.
Step 2 of 3
Heat the air fryer to 180°C and add the kale leaves to the basket in a single layer, working in batches. Cook for 3-4 minutes until crisp, shaking once or twice and watching carefully for any overcooked leaves. Repeat with the remaining kale.
Step 3 of 3
Whisk the seasoning ingredients together in a small bowl and sprinkle over the crispy kale chips before serving.
