  • 1teaspoons rosemary, fresh, chopped
  • 1/2teaspoons thyme, dried
  • 1tablespoons chives, fresh, chopped

Description

Baby potatoes crisp up perfectly in the air fryer and take just 20 minutes to cook.

Method

Step 1 of 3

Place the potatoes in a large bowl, add the oil, garlic powder, rosemary and thyme and toss well to coat.

Step 2 of 3

Heat the air fryer to 200°C and cook the potatoes for 10 minutes, toss well and cook for 10 more minutes until golden and crisp.

Step 3 of 3

Season with black pepper, top with chopped chives and serve.
