Description

These crisp and golden coconut prawns cooked in the air fryer for a lighter finish without added oil.

Method

Step 1 of 3

Spread the flour out on a plate. Whisk the coconut and panko breadcrumbs together in a shallow dish. Add the eggs to a shallow dish and beat lightly.

Step 2 of 3

Dip each prawn in flour, then egg, then coconut mix. Place the prawns in the basket of an air fryer in a single layer. Cook at 200°C for 10-12 minutes until golden.

Step 3 of 3

Mix the mayonnaise and sriracha sauce together in a small bowl and serve with the prawns.
