Description
Perfectly light and crunchy, it's as easy as opening a bag - minus the guilt.
Method
Step 1 of 3
Cut potatoes into thin slices using a mandolin slicer or a sharp knife. Place potatoes into a bowl with cold water and soak them for at least 20 minutes.
Step 2 of 3
Thoroughly dry the potato slices and season with oil and salt. Arrange the slices in the fryer basket in two layers.
Step 3 of 3
Cook for 20 minutes at 100°C/80°C fan-forced. Toss the potato crisps and turn up the heat to 200°C. Cook for an additional 5 minutes or until golden brown and crispy.
