Description

Air frying produces crispy chips without all the oil, every time.

Method

Step 1 of 2

Rinse the chips and dry with a tea towel. Place the potatoes in the air fryer basket, drizzle with oil and toss well.

Step 2 of 2

Cook for 25 minutes at 180°C, tossing halfway through. Check the chips after 25 minutes and cook for 5 minutes more, or until crisp and golden. Season with salt and serve with your favourite condiment.
