  • 1/2 bunch radish, thinly sliced
  • 1tablespoons Woolworths red wine vinegar
  • 2 limes
  • 2tablespoons white miso paste
  • 2tablespoons salt-reduced soy sauce
  • 1/4 cup Woolworths honey
  • 500grams Woolworths RSPCA Approved chicken thighs
  • 5mL extra virgin olive oil cooking spray
  • 1 bunch broccolini, trimmed
  • 450grams Woolworths microwave brown rice, heated
  • 100grams frozen edamame, blanched
  • 1 avocado, cut into wedges
  • 1/4 bunch coriander, leaves picked

Want a full hit of all your favourites? Pile your poke high with this delectable chicken miso recipe that will bowl you over with its fresh flavours.

Method

Step 1 of 4

Place radish and vinegar in a glass bowl. Toss to combine. Drain. Juice and zest 1 lime. Cut remaining lime into wedges.

Step 2 of 4

Whisk miso, soy, honey and lime juice in a medium bowl. Reserve half of the sauce mixture. Add chicken and toss to coat. Heat a 5L air fryer to 180°C for 5 minutes. Place chicken in air-fryer basket, spray with oil and cook for 10-12 minutes or until cooked and golden brown. Slice.

Step 3 of 4

Meanwhile, place broccolini in a heatproof bowl. Cover with boiling water and stand for 3 minutes or until bright green and tender. Drain.

Step 4 of 4

Spoon rice into bowls. Top with chicken, broccolini, pickled radish, edamame, avocado and coriander. Sprinkle with lime zest. Serve with remaining sauce and lime.
