  • 250grams fresh ricotta, crumbled
  • 2 Pink Lady apples, halved, thinly sliced
  • 100grams thinly sliced prosciutto, torn
  • 20grams parmesan, finely grated
  • 1/2 cup Woolworths walnuts, coarsely chopped
  • 1 punnet rosemary, sprigs picked
  • 1/4 cup Woolworths honey
  • 1teaspoons Woolworths dried chilli flakes

Description

Aromatic rosemary and sweet honey-roasted apples unite on a crispy pizza crust, offering a unique and delectable taste experience that will elevate any occasion.

Prosciutto can be swapped with shaved leg ham, and apples can be swapped with pears or peaches.

Method

Step 1 of 3

Preheat oven to 240°C/220°C fan-forced. Grease and line 2 baking trays with baking paper. Divide dough into 2 equal portions. Roll each dough portion out between 2 sheets of baking paper to 20x30cm rectangles. Place on prepared trays.

Step 2 of 3

Spread relish over pizza bases. Top with ricotta, apple, prosciutto and parmesan. Bake for 15 minutes or until beginning to colour. Top with walnuts, rosemary and half of the honey. Bake for a further 10 minutes or until golden brown and pizza bases are crispy.

Step 3 of 3

Sprinkle pizzas with chilli and drizzle with remaining honey. Cut into slices to serve.
