Description
Spice up your next gathering with sriracha salami and sage pizza scrolls. Easy-to-make, these tasty scrolls deliver big flavour with every bite.
Method
Step 1 of 3
Preheat oven to 240°C/220°C fan-forced. Grease and line a baking tray with baking paper. Roll pizza dough out between 2 sheets of baking paper to a 20x40cm rectangle. Combine pizza sauce and sriracha in a bowl.
Step 2 of 3
Spread sauce mixture over dough, leaving a 2cm border. Top sauce with salami, mozzarella and then tear half of the sage leaves and scatter over the top. Starting from the longer end, roll to form a 40cm-long log. Cut into 12 equal pieces. Arrange scrolls, cut-side up, side by side, on a prepared tray. Cover and stand in a warm area for 20 minutes or until risen slightly.
Step 3 of 3
Spray scrolls with oil and bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown. Brush remaining sage leaves with oil and sprinkle over top of scrolls. Bake for a further 5 minutes or until sage is crispy. Serve.
