Method

Step 1 of 2

Place custard and half of the pudding in a large bowl. Using a handheld blender, process until well combined. Stir in the remaining pudding until well combined.

Step 2 of 2

Pour into a 10x20cm (base) metal loaf pan. Cover and place in the freezer overnight or until firm. Scoop out the ice-cream to serve.
