Description

Pizza dough can be made a day ahead and stored in an airtight container in the fridge. Bring to room temperature, then use as required.

Method

Step 1 of 2

Place yeast in a heatproof jug. Add 280ml lukewarm water. Stir to combine. Set aside in a warm area for 10 minutes or until frothy.

Step 2 of 2

Place flour, oil and salt in a bowl. Add yeast mixture, and stir until combined and a soft dough forms. Transfer to a large greased bowl. Cover and stand in a warm area for 1 hour or until doubled in size. Using your fist, punch dough down. Use as required.
