- 300grams Woolworths penne
- 425grams Woolworths tuna in springwater
- 1 lemon zested, juiced
- 1teaspoons dried chilli flakes
- 250grams cherry tomatoes
- 120grams baby rocket leaves
- 1 bunch basil, leaves picked
- 188grams Woolworths light ricotta
- 2tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
Description
Delicious, nutritious and easy on the wallet, enjoy a winning combo of flavours with this pasta dish that's packed with tuna, basil and ricotta.

Method
Step 1 of 4
Cook pasta following packet instructions or until al dente. Drain. Transfer to a large bowl.

Meanwhile, drain tuna, then flake.

Whisk oil, lemon juice, zest and chilli in a small bowl.
Step 4 of 4
Add tomato and tuna to pasta. Add rocket, basil and dressing and toss to combine. Top with ricotta. Serve sprinkled with freshly cracked black pepper.
