- 3 ripe bananas
- 300grams frozen acai
- 320grams blueberry yoghurt
- 125grams blackberries
- 1 passionfruit, cut in half
- 2/3 cup grain-free granola
- 75grams blueberries
Description
Up your morning meal with this blueberry and acai smoothie bowl. It's topped with crunchy granola and fresh fruit to ensure that every spoonful is a treat.
Instruction tip
Serving tip:To serve smoothie in glasses, pour smoothie mixture into 2 tall glasses. Top with sliced banana, passionfruit pulp, granola, blueberries and remaining blackberries.
Method
Step 1 of 3
Chop 2 bananas and place on a baking tray lined with baking paper. Freeze for 4 hours or until frozen.
Step 2 of 3
Blend acai, frozen banana, yoghurt and half of the blackberries until smooth. Pour into bowls (see tip).
Step 3 of 3
Slice remaining banana. Arrange sliced banana and passionfruit halves on smoothie bowls. Top with granola, blueberries and remaining blackberries. Serve immediately.
