  • 1 cup Woolworths traditional rolled oats
  • 1tablespoons black & white chia seeds
  • 1 1/4 cups milk
  • 2/3 cup Greek-style natural yoghurt
  • 1 carrot, grated
  • 2tablespoons sultanas
  • 1/2teaspoons ground mixed spice
  • 1 1/2tablespoons honey
  • 1tablespoons pepitas

Description

Give your body an early veggie hit for the day as carrot combines with sultanas and other goodies in a bowl of oats topped with pepitas and honey.

Serving tip:
To serve warm, microwave oat mixtures in serving bowls, stirring halfway, on high for 1 minute or until warmed through.

Method

Step 1 of 2

Add oats, chia, milk, yoghurt, carrot, sultanas, mixed spice and 1 tbs honey in an airtight container or 2 x 1½ cup-capacity jars, mixing well to combine. Seal with lid. Refrigerate overnight to soak.

Step 2 of 2

To serve, spoon oat mixture between 2 serving bowls or leave in jars. Top with pepitas and drizzle with remaining honey.
