  • 1 small apple, cored, chopped
  • 1 banana, chopped
  • 4 strawberries, hulled
  • banana, apple & strawberry skewers, to serve (to serve)
  • 1/4teaspoons ground cinnamon
  • 1tablespoons white chia seeds
  • 2tablespoons organic rolled oats
  • 1/4 cup vanilla bean yoghurt

Method

Step 1 of 2

Combine all the ingredients, except skewers, in a bowl. Cover and refrigerate overnight.

Step 2 of 2

Transfer mixture to a blender. Blitz until very smooth. Pour into serving glasses and serve with banana, apple & strawberry skewers.
