  • 4tablespoons cacao powder
  • 1L coconut water
  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 1 cup frozen mango

Step 1 of 4

Blitz oats in a blender to make a fine powder.

Step 2 of 4

Add the cacao powder, avocado and coconut water and blitz.
