- 16 dates, pitted and diced
- 4tablespoons cacao powder
- 1L coconut water
- 1 cup rolled oats
- 1 cup frozen mango

Step 1 of 4
Blitz oats in a blender to make a fine powder.
Step 2 of 4
Add the cacao powder, avocado and coconut water and blitz.
