- 1/2 avocado
- 1 banana
- 1 handful mint (save some to garnish)
- 1 kiwifruit
- 1 1/2 cup organic milk
- 1 handful kale, chopped
- 1tablespoons organic psyllium husk
- 1/2 cup organic natural yoghurt
Method
Step 1 of 2
Place milk, natural yoghurt, banana, kiwi, avocado, chopped kale leaves, mint leaves and psyllium husk into a blender and blend until smooth.
Step 2 of 2
Garnish smoothie with mint leaves to serve.
