  • 1 cup milk, cold
  • 1teaspoons fresh ginger, finely grated
  • 10 mint (plus extra to serve)
  • 1 mango
  • 1tablespoons honey
  • 200grams plain Greek yoghurt
  • 1tablespoons white chia seeds (plus extra to garnish)

Method

Step 1 of 1

Place in a blender milk, yoghurt, mango flesh, honey, chia seeds, mint leaves and ginger. Blend on low setting until well combined. Pour into glasses. Garnish with extra mint leaves and chia seeds.
