- 1 cup frozen raspberries
- 1/2 cup Greek-style natural yoghurt
- 1 cup frozen strawberries
- 1 1/2 cup apple and blackcurrant juice

Method
Step 1 of 1
Place 1 cup frozen raspberries, 1 cup frozen strawberries, 11/2 cups chilled apple and blackcurrant juice, 1/2 cup Greek-style natural yoghurt, honey to taste and 4 ice cubes into a blender. Blend until mixture is smooth and frothy. Crush another 8 ice cubes and spoon into glasses. Pour frappe over. Serve immediately.
