  • 1 1/2 cup skim milk
  • 1 mango, peeled and deseeded
  • 4 passionfruit, pulp removed
  • 2tablespoons lime juice
  • 1/2 cup low-fat yoghurt

Method

Step 1 of 1

Whizz mango, yoghurt, milk and lime juice together in a blender until smooth. Pour into four glasses. Spoon the pulp from passionfruits, split between each glass and serve.
