- 4 large ripe plums, destoned, quartered
- 1/3 cup Greek-style yoghurt
- 2 1/2 cup almond milk
- 1tablespoons Macro Linseed
- 1tablespoons fresh ginger, finely grated
- ice cubes (to serve)
Method
Step 1 of 2
Place plum on a baking paper-lined baking tray and freeze for 2 hours or until frozen.
Step 2 of 2
Place plum, yoghurt, milk, seeds and ginger in a blender, then blend until smooth and combined. Place ice cubes in chilled glasses, pour in smoothie mixture and serve immediately.
