- 1/2 pineapple, roughly chopped
- 1 passionfruit, pulped
- 1 cup coconut water
Method
Step 1 of 2
Place coconut water, syrup, mint leaves, pineapple, and ice into a blender and blitz until smooth.
Step 2 of 2
Pour frappé mixture into four glasses, top with passionfruit pulp and serve.
