- 125grams blueberries
- 3/4 cup chopped strawberries, frozen
- 1 cup no-added-sugar Greek-style vanilla-bean yoghurt
- 2 2/3 cup Macro Organic unsweetened coconut milk
- 2tablespoons matcha powder
- 1/2 small avocado, chopped
Description
Blueberries are used in place of tapioca pearls in these "bubble" smoothie, which are made from coconut milk, avocado, fresh seasonal fruit and yoghurt.
Method
Step 1 of 3
Place blueberries into base of serving glasses.
Step 2 of 3
To make the strawberry bubble smoothie, blend strawberries, ½ cup yoghurt and 1 1/2 cups milk until smooth. Pour into one of the glasses.
Step 3 of 3
To make the matcha bubble smoothie, blend the remaining yoghurt, remaining milk, matcha powder and avocado until smooth. Pour into remaining glass. Serve immediately.
