- 1 banana , peeled
- handful frozen or fresh blueberries & raspberries
- handful frozen mango chunks (optional)
- 4-5 ice cubes
- 1teaspoons cocoa powder (heaped)
- 1teaspoons protein powder (optional)

Throw all ingredients in a blender/ Nutri Bullet. No need to be fussy, just throw it in.
Step 2 of 3
Blend until smooth or to desired blending time. For a thicker consistency, blend for less time.
