  • 1 banana , peeled
  • handful frozen or fresh blueberries & raspberries
  • handful frozen mango chunks (optional)
  • 4-5 ice cubes
  • 1teaspoons cocoa powder (heaped)
  • 1teaspoons protein powder (optional)

Step 1 of 3

Throw all ingredients in a blender/ Nutri Bullet. No need to be fussy, just throw it in.

Step 2 of 3

Blend until smooth or to desired blending time. For a thicker consistency, blend for less time.
