  • 1 large banana, peeled, chopped
  • 1teaspoons vanilla bean paste
  • 1/2teaspoons ground cinnamon
  • 2tablespoons almond spread
  • 3 cups lactose free ice cream
  • 2tablespoons psyllium husk
  • 1 1/2 cup almond milk
  • 1teaspoons honey

Method

Step 1 of 1

Place all ingredients except ice into a blender and blend until smooth. Add ice and blend until thick. Pour into chilled glasses. Top with 1/4 tsp cinnamon to serve.
