- 1 large banana, peeled, chopped
- 1teaspoons vanilla bean paste
- 1/2teaspoons ground cinnamon
- 2tablespoons almond spread
- 3 cups lactose free ice cream
- 2tablespoons psyllium husk
- 1 1/2 cup almond milk
- 1teaspoons honey
Method
Step 1 of 1
Place all ingredients except ice into a blender and blend until smooth. Add ice and blend until thick. Pour into chilled glasses. Top with 1/4 tsp cinnamon to serve.
