  • 1 cup milk, cold
  • 1 banana, chopped (ripe)
  • 125grams strawberries
  • 1tablespoons honey
  • 3 scoop frozen yoghurt
  • 60grams raspberries
  • 60grams blueberries

Method

Step 1 of 2

Place fruit into blender with yoghurt, milk and honey.

Step 2 of 2

Blend for 30-40 seconds until smooth and creamy. Pour into tall glasses.
