- 1 cup full cream milk
- 1 mango
- 3-4 mint leaves
- 1tablespoons honey
- 3/4 cup yoghurt
- 1 scoop ice cream
- 1tablespoons lime

Whiz up the flesh of 1 mango with 3/4 cup of yoghurt, ice-cream or milk, some mint, 1 tbs lime and add honey to taste.
