  • 1 cup full cream milk
  • 1 mango
  • 3-4 mint leaves
  • 1tablespoons honey
  • 3/4 cup yoghurt
  • 1 scoop ice cream
  • 1tablespoons lime

Method

Whiz up the flesh of 1 mango with 3/4 cup of yoghurt, ice-cream or milk, some mint, 1 tbs lime and add honey to taste.
