  • 175grams strawberries, hulled
  • 1 1/4 cup water
  • 2tablespoons maple syrup
  • 1 slices banana (to serve)
  • 1 halves strawberry

Method

Step 1 of 2

Place the bananas in a food processor with the strawberries and milk. Whizz until almost smooth. Add the fromage frais and maple syrup and whizz for a short blast to mix.

Step 2 of 2

Pour into 4 small glasses and decorate each with a cocktail stick threaded with banana slices and strawberry halves for the children to dip.
