  • sprig of mint
  • 1 cup frozen mixed berried
  • 2 cup reduced fat milk, chilled (standard milk can be used instead of reduced fat milk)
  • 1/2 cup thick vanilla yoghurt

Method

Step 1 of 2

Combine milk, yoghurt, mixed berries and mint in a blender. Blend until smooth.

Step 2 of 2

Pour into tall glasses and serve.
