  • 1 1/2 cups traditional rolled oats
  • 1 Granny Smith apple, coarsely grated
  • 2 tubs Pauls PLUS+ Protein Blueberry Yoghurt 150g
  • 2 1/2 cups milk
  • 1 large banana, sliced
  • 125grams blueberries
  • 1/4 cup toasted hazelnuts, coarsely chopped
  • 2tablespoons honey
  • 1/4 cup mint leaves

Description

Fresh Australian blueberries pair beautifully with creamy blueberry yoghurt in this delectable breakfast bircher.

Method

Step 1 of 2

To make bircher, place oats, apple, 1 tub yoghurt and 2 cups milk in a large bowl. Stir to combine. Cover and chill overnight to soften.

Step 2 of 2

Stir remaining milk through bircher. Spoon bircher into bowls. Top with remaining yoghurt, banana, blueberries and hazelnuts. Drizzle with honey. Serve sprinkled with mint.
