  • 50grams frozen Macro Organic spinach
  • 200milliliter Macro Organic coconut cream
  • 2 Macro Organic bananas, frozen
  • 1 cup ice cubes
  • 2 kiwifruit, peeled
  • 1tablespoons 1tbs coconut sugar
  • 1tablespoons Macro Organic coconut flakes
  • 1tablespoons Macro roasted pepitas, chopped
  • 2 sprigs mint, leaves picked

Description

Whip up this refreshing tropical smoothie bowl in 15 minutes for a simple and delicious breakfast.

Method

Step 1 of 3

Place spinach in a small saucepan of gentle boiling water. Cook for 10 minutes or until hot. Drain and refresh under cold water. Drain well, squeezing all excess water.

Step 2 of 3

Reserve 1 tbs coconut cream to serve. Place banana, spinach, ice, half of the kiwifruit and the remaining coconut cream in a food processor. Add coconut sugar and Blitz until smooth. Loosen with water, if needed.

Step 3 of 3

Slice remaining kiwifruit. Divide smoothie mixture between bowls. Drizzle with reserved coconut cream. Top with sliced kiwifruit, coconut flakes, pepitas and mint. Serve.
