Description

With a crispy cheese crust and slices of creamy avocado, these open-faced breakfast wraps are a speedy morning treat.

Method

Step 1 of 3

Preheat oven to 200°C/180°C fan-forced. Grease and line 2 baking trays with baking paper. Place wraps on prepared trays. Sprinkle with tasty cheese.

Step 2 of 3

Bake for 8 minutes or until golden-brown.

Step 3 of 3

Top wraps with feta, tomato, rocket and avocado. Season with freshly cracked black pepper. Drizzle with oil. Serve.
