  • 250grams frozen raspberries
  • 1tablespoons maple syrup
  • 1teaspoons vanilla bean paste
  • 3 cups Chobani Natural Greek Yoghurt
  • 2 cups Carman’s Low Sugar Raspberry & Coconut Granola
  • 75grams raspberries

Description

Combining the creaminess of Greek-style natural yoghurt with sweet raspberries and the crunchiness of granola, these tasty parfaits make a quick and easy breakfast or snack.

Method

Step 1 of 3

Combine frozen raspberries, maple syrup and vanilla in a small saucepan over medium heat. Cook for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally, until mixture becomes a jam-like consistency. Transfer to a bowl to cool down and refrigerate until cold.

Step 2 of 3

To serve, spoon half of the yoghurt into the bottom of 4 small glasses. Top with half of the raspberry mixture, followed by half of the granola. Repeat layers, ending with granola.

Step 3 of 3

Serve parfaits topped with fresh raspberries.
