Method

Step 1 of 3

Combine quinoa, milk, maple syrup, cinnamon and vanilla in a medium saucepan. Place over medium heat and bring to a simmer.

Step 2 of 3

Reduce heat to low and cook, partially covered, for 20 minutes. Uncover, and cook for a further 5 minutes until creamy and thick.

Step 3 of 3

Divide between serving bowls. Serve topped with hazelnuts and raspberries.
