- 2 cups rolled oats
- 300milliliter milk
- 2tablespoons honey
- 2tablespoons golden raisins
- 1 cup Jalna A2 protein all natural yoghurt
- 2tablespoons flaked almonds
- 1teaspoons cinnamon
- 2 pieces apples, unpeeled and grated
- 2 cups Jalna A2 protein all natural yoghurt (to serve)
- 3 pieces apples, sliced (to serve)
- 1teaspoons nut butter (to serve)
- 1 handful almonds, chopped (to serve)
- 1teaspoons honey (to serve)
Method
Step 1 of 4
To make the overnight oats, place all the ingredients in a large bowl and stir well to combine.
Step 2 of 4
Cover and refrigerate overnight.
Step 3 of 4
In the morning, give the bowl a good stir again.
Step 4 of 4
Place the oats in serving bowls and top with a thick dollop of yoghurt, sliced apple, nut butter, some chopped almonds and a drizzle of honey.
