  • 2 cups rolled oats
  • 300milliliter milk
  • 2tablespoons honey
  • 2tablespoons golden raisins
  • 1 cup Jalna A2 protein all natural yoghurt
  • 2tablespoons flaked almonds
  • 1teaspoons cinnamon
  • 2 pieces apples, unpeeled and grated
  • 2 cups Jalna A2 protein all natural yoghurt (to serve)
  • 3 pieces apples, sliced (to serve)
  • 1teaspoons nut butter (to serve)
  • 1 handful almonds, chopped (to serve)
  • 1teaspoons honey (to serve)

Method

Step 1 of 4

To make the overnight oats, place all the ingredients in a large bowl and stir well to combine.

Step 2 of 4

Cover and refrigerate overnight.

Step 3 of 4

In the morning, give the bowl a good stir again.

Step 4 of 4

Place the oats in serving bowls and top with a thick dollop of yoghurt, sliced apple, nut butter, some chopped almonds and a drizzle of honey.
