  • 8 Woolworths wheat biscuits
  • 2 cups milk
  • 3 cups Woolworths Greek-style natural yoghurt
  • 2 1/2tablespoons honey
  • 1/2 small Jazz apple, sliced (see tip)
  • 2teaspoons almond kernels, roughly chopped
  • 1 pinch ground cinnamon
  • 1tablespoons peanut butter
  • 1tablespoons raspberry jam
  • 1/2teaspoons granulated coffee
  • 3 small strawberries, hulled, sliced
  • 1/2 small mandarin
  • 2teaspoons pepitas

Description

Wake up to a breakfast of champions with these overnight wheat biscuit jars, made with just a few ingredients and fresh fruit, for an easy, delicious start to your day.
Instruction tip
Prep tip:
To prevent the apple from browning overnight, toss in a little lemon juice and pat apple dry with paper towel before adding to the jar.

Method

Step 1 of 3

Roughly crush 2 wheat biscuits into 4 (370ml) glass jars. Add ½ cup milk to each jar. Set aside for 10 minutes to soak.

Step 2 of 3

Place yoghurt in a bowl. Add 2 tbs honey and stir to combine. Spoon 3/4 cup yoghurt into each jar and smooth top.

Step 3 of 3

Top one jar with sliced apple, almonds and cinnamon. Top second jar with a dollop of peanut butter and jam. Top third jar with coffee and strawberries. Top fourth jar with mandarin and pepitas. Secure with lids. Chill overnight. Drizzle mandarin jar with honey. Serve.
