- 125grams unsalted butter, chopped
- 3/4 cup firmly packed brown sugar
- 1 1/2 jars Pana Organic Smooth Hazelnut Chocolate Spread
- 2 free range eggs, lightly beaten
- 1 1/2 cups Lowan Rolled Oats
- 3/4 plain flour
- 125grams raspberries
Description
The perfect balance of rich chocolate and wholesome oats, these indulgent brownies will make an easy, comforting treat on a winter’s day.
Method
Step 1 of 3
Preheat oven to 180°C/160°C fan-forced. Grease and line a 22cm (base measurement) square cake pan with baking paper. Place butter, sugar and half of the chocolate spread in a medium saucepan and stir over low heat for 5 minutes or until melted and combined. Cool slightly.
Step 2 of 3
Add eggs, oats and flour to chocolate mixture. Stir to combine. Spoon into prepared pan and smooth surface. Bake for 20 minutes or until a skewer inserted at centre comes out with crumbs sticking to it. Cool completely in pan. Cover and chill for 2 hours or until firm.
Step 3 of 3
Cut cooled brownies into 12 squares. Top brownies with remaining chocolate spread. Serve topped with raspberries.
